By using the website and placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal, a secure online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when complete.

Prices
The price of the print is as stated on the website from time to time and as confirmed to you as part of the order process when we confirm our acceptance of your order to you (except in the case of obvious error).

Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed, then your confirmation constitutes a new order to us and please remember that we will not be under an obligation to supply the print until we have sent you an email dispatch confirmation.

Prices shown on the website include delivery. Our delivery charges are as follows and will be confirmed to you during the order process.

Delivery
Artworks are shipped direct from our print house. Smaller sized items are sent out in custom boxes. These are double-wall for added protection. They are made-to-order, and fit the artwork exactly, disallowing for any movement upon transit. Larger sized items are dispatched in custom wooden crates for added strength and protection to fit the artwork perfectly.

Price for delivery will be stated on application. What shippers are used is dependent on weight and where in the world you are based.

All orders are processed in US Dollars.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions of Trade from time to time. Such changes and updates will not affect transactions in process resulting from an order placed before publishing such changes and updates.
